I guess if we all were on diets, and dancing for 8 hours a day we’d all slim down too!
I know I used to work out 6 hours a day and nothing happened so don’t get your hopes up! LOL
They do say 30 minutes a day of exercise can help!
Minus stress, a good relationship, great sex and a good job, lots of money, credit cards… ooops those are my ideas of pre menopause cures! LOL
I can’t survive on rabbit food, diets and exercise programs anymore.
I’m in my forties and hitting the Pre Menopause stage, mood swings, hot flashes and dieting just don’t mix! LOL
Although they say when your overweight the chemical imbalances can be greater, so don’t call us crazy, call us PMS Happy!🙂
Oh yeah and feel sorry for us, because at times even I get tired of my mood swings!🙂
